Il Patriarcato Religioso e Militare di S. Stefano, Chiesa Santa Romana Vetera di Rito Anglicana, è un antico, autonomo, e semi-autocefalo patriarcato personale e tradizionale vetero Romano Cattolico con patrimonio anglicano discesa dalla Sede Romano Cattolica di Utrecht. La Sede di Utrecht è rimasta indipendente dal 1145, quando la Santa Sede di Roma le concessa l'autonomia. Modernamente conosciuta come la Chiesa Romano Cattolica di Rito Anglicano (ARRCC), il patriarcato è fedele al Magistero della Roma eterna ed all'eterna Chiesa una, Santa, Cattolica, Apostolica, e Romana. Anche se amministrativamente indipendente, la sede abbraccia come fratelli altre organizzazioni cattoliche ed anglicane, come per esempio la Comunione Romana (comunemente come la Chiesa Romano Cattolica), l'Ordinariato Anglicano, e la Comunione Anglicana.
